We always preach about how we have the best team a company could ask for. Last night among many others proved that. Our crews were providing medical coverage at an event in Des Moines and witnessed a cardiac arrest. Prior to the fire department arriving, they were able to get the person out of cardiac arrest. Des Moines Firefighters quickly arrived and it was a smooth transition of care. With the quick response of our team and the expertise DMFD had with their crews, this person has the best chance for a positive outcome. So proud of our Hawkeye Medical Team and DMFD!!

Starting in March, will have space available for rent in our Osceola office. The current tenant is using the space for massage therapy. The room is 12x17 and has direct access to a restroom. We had so much fun last weekend with our holiday company party. We are so proud this team!! We say it year after year and will not stop saying that we cannot do what we do without them.

Our theme this year for our party was the roaring 20s with a casino night so you might see some pretty awesome outfits. Thank you to The Kirkwood and Jeana Goldman for letting us host at your venue.

Special shout out to our Rookie the Year Scott Hermann, Employee of the Year Tawnya Leslie and Supervisor of the Year Stephen Fox.

Also, we have to announce our newly appointed morale officer, Miss Abby!!

This year we were able to give out a special award to 3 of our staff. Jaden Mueller, Jeremy Dietch and Teresa Nicholson all received the life-saving award because of their actions with a near tragic incident that happened in October.  Due to the actions and teamwork of these three they were able to save someone’s life at one of the events we were providing coverage at. 

We are so proud of all of the Hawkeye Medical Team and look forward to an amazing 2026!!
