My experience as a modern dancer deepened the awareness of how our bodies connect to our inner wisdom. Understanding our illnesses and injuries, this inner knowledge can express through the emotional landscape as well as the physical structure of our bodies. In the late 90s, it was clear this is the path I wanted. The fascination with this modality brought together two of my passions, structure and energy. By allowing these seemingly different concepts to inform the therapy, sessions remain client-centered, bringing about authentic process. Beginning in New York City, my CST practice then continued with the relocation to Portland, Oregon and onward to Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. Here in the desert southwest, I served a resident therapist of Integrative Intentions Clinic from 2011 to 2019. Currently my private practice thrives close to downtown T or C.
