White Oak Wellness Center Tryon, NC 55+ State of the Art gym located on the of White Oak Village in Tryon, NC. If you live on our campus the Wellness Center is free for you to use.

We are a professionally staffed Wellness Center located on the campus of White Oak Village Independent Living. If you are 55 years of age or older and looking for a non-threatening, fun, engaging, and personal environment that offers Wellness programming specifically for older adults, then look no further than White Oak Wellness! We pride ourselves on exceptionally clean facilities and our full-time, certified, professional staff is known for their excellent customer service! If you do not live here you can still take advantage of all the exciting programs, classes, activities, and amenities for FREE if you are part of the SilverSneakers or Renew Active fitness programs. Otherwise you can purchase a membership for $25 per month Individual/$40 per month couple. Wellness Center membership includes the following:

*Wellness Assessment, Equipment Orientation, and Personalized Exercise program for your specific fitness needs.
*Exercise Classes
*State of the Art, Strength Training and Cardio Equipment
*Coffee Bar
*Social programs and Educational Wellness Presentations

The Wellness Center Office will be closed Thursday, November 27th & Friday, November 28th so that our staff can spend some much-needed time with their family and friends. All classes are cancelled for both days. The Wellness Center is still open 24/7 for members. We hope that you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!

We had a great last day of Active Aging Week with an informational presentation from the White Oak Rehabilitation Department and our 3rd Annual Egg Relay! Our residents also collected over 200 items that will be donated to Thermal Belt Outreach!! Thank you so much to all that participated in Active Aging Week 2025!!
