We now offer a mat Pilates class on Thursdays at 4:30pm!
Experience the original Pilates mat work: a series of exercises that move the spine in all directions all while keeping you focused on your powerhouse (the muscles of your abdominals, back and hips). Classes emphasize the foundational principals of Pilates: Concentration, Control, Center, Flow, Precision and Breath. Participants can expect to work on the foundational movements of Pilates in order to master and advance the classic exercises, making this adaptable for all levels!
