A good cup of tea isn’t rushed. It’s steeped with intention.

Steeping Times Matter
Steeping too short can leave your tea flat. Too long can make it bitter. Here’s a gentle guide:

Herbal Teas: 5–7 minutes

Green Tea: 2–3 minutes

White Tea: 3–4 minutes

Oolong Tea: 3–5 minutes

Black Tea: 3–5 minutes

How to Make a Great Cup of Tea

Start with fresh, filtered water.

Heat water appropriately (not all teas love boiling water).

Use about 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per cup.

Steep according to the tea type.
