Happy Black Maternal Health Week 2025!
Motherhood taught me to surrender to the highest version of myself if I wanted to create a new legacy of empowered womanhood for my daughters.
Here’s the truth:

Quick reminder to be your own VIBE.
Activate your own ENERGY, frequency, way of being totally separate from everything and everyone else.
All the external stuff is forever changing. Who can keep up with that foolishness?
I’m not here to appease imperfect people who will never be satisfied.
I’m here to live in my purpose and passions… and be open to receive the abundant outcomes because of it.
Not everyone can ride your wave with you, or should either.
Let THAT be okay.
The more I love myself, accept all parts of me, lean into my goodness, seek elevation, and continue to self-activate another part of me…

This is the EPIC WOMAN MINDSET mantra I’ve been saying that’s so simple, but hits so hard.
I truly believe everything starts with an empowered woman - AND YOU ARE HER!
So why limit yourself to people, spaces and boxes that can’t contain you, that can’t hold you?
That’s why you feel the pressure, the suffocation, the frustration because every fiber of your being resists that foolery.
You deeply desire MORE and you’re in active pursuit of it. I mean duh - you’re dynamic AF.

I truly believe everything starts with an empowered woman, but sometimes our limiting beliefs block our greatness, and we allow negative thoughts to keep us stuck, distracted, overwhelmed, uncertain or full of fears.
I totally get it! I’ve absolutely been there.
Let me introduce myself! I'm Brittany Fagan, a licensed therapist AND mindset coach. A powerful and dynamic duo with about 10 years experience just for your level up! I empower women to kick their mindset traps and confidently walk their purpose path as their highest selves despite the barriers they face.
I've discovered through my own journey that positioning your mindset for MORE is essential to showing up as your highest self and manifesting your heart-aligned desires.
At one time, I was stuck at an exhausting, underpaying 9 to 5 that legit skewed my vision of my capabilities, and what success truly looked like in my profession. I constantly questioned myself and allowed fears to make me settle for less. I legit became disconnected, unsatisfied and filled with overwhelm.
After a long draining day at work, it hit me while I was sitting on the couch with my husband, that I’m legit allowing myself to be limited to a unfulfilling life NOT for me just of fear. I was like WHAT am I doing?! I AM DESTINED FOR MORE! And, I can ABSOLUTELY have the life I desire!
I realized I had to release my limiting beliefs to create space for my highest self to show up CONSISTENTLY. She was just waiting for me to give her the green light to TAKE OFF! That very weekend, I grabbed my journal and started writing down all my heart-aligned desires and the positive impact of achieving them. This heart-aligned intuitively guided vision PROPELLED me forward to having intentional, purposeful action that led me to the abundance I was seeking.
Today, I’m so blessed to have a successful private practice while working less hours that truly builds women of color... me and hubby travel frequently... and I’m super active in my community. This is my purpose path that I’m living everyday and feel SO fulfilled in!
