Today a stranger cried as I hugged her!

She shed tears out of fear and desperation of her desires to birth a baby!

It seems so simple until it’s not! Most people spend much of their life trying NOT to get pregnant. But then there are those who try and struggle.🥺

I offered this one piece of advice to her- make fertility treatment fit into your life and don’t let it consume you!! Just don’t‼️

She shared that she stopped drinking coffee while trying to conceive because she has experienced 4 miscarriage. This breaks my heart but I told her that a cup of coffee is likely not the reason for the miscarriage and encouraged her to enjoy this small pleasure, even if only for today. ☕️
