Resilience Therapy We serve young people ages 5-24 to help with grief, depression, anxiety, trauma & anger.

Our hope is to help children and families know that they are not alone in what they are going through & provide them with a safe place to begin their healing journey.

Elizabeth shares her quote from her favorite band of all time, U2 👏🏻

Elizabeth shares, "My favorite band of all time is U2 because not only are they incredibly talented musicians but they carry messages of hope in their music. My favorite U2 song is probably Pride (In the Name of Love) that is a tribute to Martin Luther King Jr. and all those who have sacrificed their lives for a cause of equality and justice, particularly through non-violent resistance. While the song's lyrics refer to King's assassination on April 4, they also connect to other spiritual and historical figures who embody this spirit of love and resilience".

Jessica shares some fun facts about herself:

- I like to sing, Karaoke is so much fun!🎤
- I like playing la loteria with my family, good laughs. 🎲
- I enjoy road trips with family and friends, my favorite part is stopping at random food spots like the gas stations for snacks. It reminds me of my childhood.🚙
- I like letting people know how much I care by doing small things (e.g, thank you cards, a small gift, showing up) 💜
