We are excited to continue at our newest open air market space !

Dr. Hartwell will be spreading the word about Naturopathic Medicine with offerings from the self-care shop.

Did you know that, from a mental health standpoint, Grief is a normal length of 1 year?

I miss the precious but also get to keep up my energy to keep up with our Willow girl

Grief has been slowing me down on social but I’ve been up to a lot of teaching, civic engagement, gardening, sustainability efforts behind the scenes.

Many of you have joined us in having had the privilege of spending the past 13 years of Yerbita’s 14 years of long life basking in her radiance. The little golden bear was ready to pass on after fighting for health for over a month 🤍
Her kisses, cuddles, wet nose nudge boops & ever present curiosity of sticking her nose in every bag or box she came across will be missed.
What a surreal experience.

Whew, camp Hartwell has been unusually quiet I know…The last month has been a veritable roller coaster!
There’s been such ups but also such downs.
Such joys and celebration but also such heartbreak and consternation.
I find myself walking away from many things to allow space for something greater and allow attention to my loved ones, to what brings me joy (hiking & gardening often), and to cultivate more peace in my life.
What has remained is that Yerbita, my 14 year old golden doodle rescue dog, has been battling for her life for the past month.
I have faith and hope that she is on the mend but your prayers are welcome 🦋
Spread some kindness today and hug your loved ones a little tighter 🤍
