Dealing with pain but don't want to stop lifting? You're not alone — and the good news is that in most cases, you don't have to.

One of the most common mistakes we see: people either push through pain and make things worse, or they stop training entirely and lose the progress they've worked hard for. The right approach is usually somewhere in the middle.

In his latest article, orthopedic physical therapist Lucas Johnston, PT, DPT explains when it's safe to keep lifting, how to modify your workouts to stay in the gym, the warning signs that mean you should stop and get evaluated, and how physical therapy can help you return to training stronger than before.

If pain is limiting your workouts, read the full article here:

Is your young pitcher complaining about elbow or shoulder pain? You’re not alone — and the good news is that many of these injuries are preventable.

Here’s something most parents don’t know: the elbow is usually the symptom, not the cause. Throwing is a full-body movement, and when the shoulder, core, and hips aren’t doing their job, the elbow ends up paying the price.

In her latest article, our Chief Clinical Director Alicia Allie, PT, DPT, CHT breaks down exactly why young baseball players are at higher risk, the shoulder-elbow connection most people miss, warning signs to watch for, and how to get ahead of injury before it sidelines your athlete.

Still smiling from our Sol & Agility holiday party from Friday night. 🏓✨

We took over The Picklr Oro Valley, and WOW — the space, the vibe, everything about it impressed us. If pickleball is your thing (or you’ve been thinking about trying it), this place is a must.

The food from Street Taco & Beer Co deserves its own round of applause. 🌮🍻 There were zero leftovers.

We wrapped the night with a pickleball tournament — huge congrats to our winners and to everyone who played. And for everyone else? Eating, drinking, laughing, and catching up was the perfect way to spend the night.

So grateful for the entire Sol & Agility team and nights like this that remind us how special this group really is. Big thanks to The Picklr Oro Valley and .co for helping make it such a great night.
