✨WELCOME SARAH ✨

Sarah is a trauma-informed Advanced Teacher of SOLignment Process®, one of only a handful of these healers worldwide, and has trained since 2021 directly under the creator, Julia Mikk. She is the Founder of The Stress Resilient Leader, who's mission is to end burnout for women leaders worldwide. This was inspired by her own journey from corporate burnout in 2020 to healing herself through deep inner work and nervous system regulation.

Trained in meditation, breathwork, reiki, pre and perinatal psychology, biodynamic cranial sacral therapy, and somatic therapy, and trauma informed, Sarah guides clients through powerful awakenings and healing journeys so they can step fully into their purpose, power, and prosperity with ease. She offers private breathwork and coaching, group events, and retreats.

Join Erica on Saturday 10-12 for Breathwork!

This grounded breathwork class offers a grounded, supportive breathwork experience for those new to breathwork as well as those returning for a deeper, more integrative approach.

Each session begins with simple teaching on the body’s need for safety and how the nervous system shapes emotions and coping patterns, followed by guided self-reflection to help you recognize your own body signals and habitual responses.

The experience includes a 45-minute guided breathwork session, practiced lying down in a calm, contained environment.

$30/person.

Olesya comes to this work with 15 years of experience, rooted in her lineage of energy healing through her Ukrainian great-grandparents. After seven years building her own personal training

business in NYC, Olesya followed her heart into the fuller picture of what healing can look like.

Today she holds space for her clients through an expansive range of modalities: Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Thai massage, Reiki, psychosomatic therapy, breathwork, channeled sound healing, and small group fitness — meeting each person exactly where they are and crafting an experience that feels truly their own.

✨Welcome Alice! ✨
Alice says, "I first moved to Tucson for school in 1997. After a brief hiatus, I was inevitably sucked back in to the Tucson vortex in 2005. I have been a nurse for 24 years, which is equivalent to 100 regular years.
I recently became a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. My practice is rooted in finding ways to help everyone access mental well being and help to lessen socioeconomic barriers to mental health care. I am not a licensed acupuncturist, I am an auricular acupuncture technician. However, I can steer you towards many wonderful Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) Practitioners if you’d like.
I am grateful for wise people like Adrienne Maree Brown and Patricia Hersey that teach us rest is resistance-especially in troubling times. I am also especially grateful to longtime pal Kelly LeGendre, (Yong Shen Herbs), for introducing me to TCM in 2005.
