As many of you know, Poppin' Off Pop Culture Gifts & More is still brand new - we haven’t even hit the 9-month mark yet! This store was fully bootstrapped, built from the ground up with love, long nights, and a whole lot of belief in what community can be.

We’ve reached a tough but very real point in our growth. Our working cash flow has run out, and we need the support of our community to stay in our storefront while we push toward positive cash flow. Without help during this stretch, we’re falling into the red fast.

💖WELCOME BACK ERICA!!!!! 💖 Meet Erica, a certified Transformational Breath® Group Leader and Occupational Therapist whose work is rooted in lived experience, depth, and compassion. When her own life no longer felt aligned-despite doing everything “right”-Erica began an inward journey of listening, feeling, and reconnecting with her inner world.

Through breathwork, meditation, and learning to attune to nervous system cues, she uncovered the patterns and suppressed emotions that had kept her disconnected from her heart. This process became a doorway to deeper self-trust, spiritual connection, and authentic relationship.

Today, Erica is passionate about gently guiding others to understand and embrace their nervous system responses as a pathway to emotional freedom, self-discovery, and choices aligned with their truth.💯
