TCPS 2025 was a success yet again! Thank you to all of the wonderful presenters who shared their time and knowledge with us. We had 3 showstopping posters this year - congrats to interns Nelly and Iqra for winning the poster of the year award!

The first photo of all of our residents for the 2025-2026 year - including possibly a future resident? We are thankful to the Centurions for providing us with a new, state-of-the-art sim space, and we look forward to what this year has in store for us!

THMEP Peds Resident Retreat 2025 was a SUCCESS! We surfed and ate surf n’ turf. We won raffles and trivia, and lost ourselves to the beat of the music. We saw ice skaters and dolphins, and watched the sun set over the water. And most of all, we BONDED.

Today we bid farewell to our lovely chief, Ishani. We wish her the best as she embarks on her journey to to be the best peds ER physician in the WORLD!! (yes, the world). ❤️

DON’T PANIC! Sim day is a great time for our residents to practice acute situations without the pressure of harming actual patients or being judged by other members of the care team. Our intern Alex is having a blast while learning a whole lot with our high-fidelity mannequin, Lucia.

Had a great afternoon practicing PALS on our new high fidelity simulation mannequin! It is always a great opportunity as a resident to practice leadership skills and communication skills for a code before one happens! Thank you to our simulation team for putting together a fantastic case!
