How do you get into a headstand?

1. Start in a tabletop position and place your hands shoulder-width apart on the mat.
2. Lower the crown of your head onto the mat, forming a triangle base with your hands.
3. Lift your knees off the mat, walking your feet closer to your hands.
4. Bring one knee at a time onto your upper arms to form a tripod base.
5. Engage your core and legs, slowly extending them upward into a straight tripod headstand.

Here are the steps on how to get into the Shoulder Stand:

1. Lie Down Flat:
Start by lying on your back with your arms by your sides.

2. Lift Your Legs:
Use your core to lift your legs to 90 degrees, pointing toward the ceiling.

3. Engage Your Core and Lift Your Hips:
Press your palms into the floor and lift your hips off the ground.

4. Support Your Lower Back:
Bend your elbows and bring your hands to support your lower back, fingers pointing up. Rest your elbows firmly on the mat, shoulder-width apart.

5. Extend Your Legs Up:
Straighten your legs and point your toes toward the ceiling.
Keep your body in a straight line from shoulders to toes.

6. Keep Your Neck Relaxed:
Avoid turning your head to the sides. Keep your gaze straight upward to protect your neck.
