A new offering for us, Teaching Modifications & Functions, empowers yoga teachers to meet the needs of their students at every stage.

We hosted locals plus students from Phoenix, Flagstaff, and New Mexico.

First time ever: Our friends (and teachers) from Yoga Oasis took over our space for their latest teacher training. 🧘🏼‍♀️💫 Their 7-7-7 format is one week of training each month for 3 months. They dived into 300+ poses, explored deep yoga philosophy, and elevated their practice like never before. It was the perfect blend of challenge, growth, and zen. ⊹ ࣪ ˖🪷🧿🌿ॐ
