Ask yourself: “Why am I here?”🤔
Our reason for pursuing yoga or intentional movement of any kind is personal. Perhaps the reason is to build physical strength and balance; perhaps the strength and balance you seek extends beyond the physical. Whatever your reason, yogaStrength is there for you!
🫁Each class varies in physical difficulty and has different yogic themes that can help us build physical, mental, emotional, or even spiritual health. With that said, you do not have to buy into the yoga “hocus pocus” of it all. I use yoga philosophy (and Ayurveda) as a mindfulness tool to incorporate into the classes I teach. What you do with it is up to you.
👀While having your camera on is optional, I highly encourage it. I periodically check the screen to check your form. Plus, you can see other folks who are in the class with you, and they can see you! Don’t worry, everyone in class is super friendly, of different ages and sizes. This generates a sense of community even though we are literally all over the world practicing at the same time!
Bigger screen: Phone 📲 screens are small, so I encourage you to cast (or “mirror” if you’re on an iPhone) the class onto a bigger screen like a TV or play it on your iPad or laptop. If you can’t see me perfectly, that’s okay too! I use A LOT of verbal cues.
THANK YOU!
I am grateful for your trust, time, and energy.✨ Sing up in my 🔗 in bio :)
