This warning comes from an app called Solar Alert which I encourage everyone to purchase $10.95 and download. This is Day 2 of Extreme Warnings. Solar flares are a natural phenemon caused by the sun. I actually believe solar flares can be beneficial in most cases. However if you are in a physically or emotionally weakened state, it feels like you have been smacked by a 2x4 numerous times. The key is to put as much salt into your body as soon as possible. Put salt or baking soda in your watee, coffee, juice. Just put some salt in my mushroom coffee this morning. Soak your feet or body in salt, baking soda and epsom salt. The most common symptoms are severe fatigue, severe headaches, heart palpitations, anxiety, and mental health exacerbations. There are still 3 more days of solar flares. Invest in EMF protective hats/caps and clothing. I just purchased my first EMF protective cap this week.
