It wasn't until I took a deep dive into Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine practices that I started to heal my imbalances way faster than anything I had tried before. I realized that these practices that have been around for 5,000+ years are still used today for a reason--they work! I became a certified Integrative Health Practitioner so that I could help other women transform their bodies and their lives.
