We work with some of the most amazing, high-end resorts and restaurants in town. We are grateful for every one of them, big or small. Even our home deliveries matter.

Having said that, there is only one place I chose to spend my birthday this year.

La Frida is not only a faithful client, but Claudia has done an amazing job with her menu. If you haven't been by now, shame on you. There's no other way to say it. 😬😅

I appreciate the beef chicharrones, as we don't eat pork. Many times, pork is the easy/cheapest option to serve. Expense is not spared here. Trust me, I know they value quality.

Anyway, they were incredibly satisfying. We always get the tuna. We usually get the mole. I went with the special of the month, this time. The dessert was fire. We were both so full we didn't want to eat it.. but I had to. When we were finished, all we wanted was more.

If we didn't live 45 minutes away, we would be there a lot more.

Thank you Claudia, Jesus, and Zulay for the service and food. As always, it was amazing.

Many of you know me (Cheyanna) as Ellie’s mom and full-time caregiver — a role I’m incredibly proud of. What I don’t talk about as often is that I’m also co-owner, alongside my husband Nathan, of our local business: EZMicrogreens. 🌱🩷🌱

Like so many entrepreneurs, my personal and professional roles often overlap — especially because Ellie holds a very special title in our company: Chief Inspiration Officer.

Her unique nutritional needs, combined with her volume sensitivities with g-tube feeds, led us to start growing and blending microgreens back in 2021. What began as a way to provide Ellie with nutrition has since grown into something bigger — serving individuals, restaurants, resorts, and personal chefs with fresh microgreens.

🌸🌼 Now, by popular request, we’re excited to expand our offerings ( to our existing clients) to include edible flowers as well! Alongside Dad, Zekiah will be in charge of them, which he proudly has taken on. 🌼🌸

Running a small business while raising a family is a wild ride — and I couldn’t ask for a better partner. Nathan’s dedication and drive have been essential to every step of our growth, and I’m so proud of all we’ve built together.

It truly takes a village to raise a family and grow a business. We’re so thankful for every person who has supported, encouraged, and believed in us along the way.

At the end of the day, our biggest “why” will always be our children. Ellie, thank you for inspiring Mommy and Daddy every single day. 💫

🌱 Komatsuna, also known as Japanese Mustard Spinach, is an exotic green packed with impressive health benefits.

🌱 Rich in sulforaphane, Komatsuna helps in fighting and preventing cancer. It's a great source of calcium, too, which makes it a great pick for vegans and those who are lactose intolerant.

🌱 Komatsuna is a traditional vegetable in Japanese cuisine and is commonly used in salads, stir-fries with scrambled eggs (farm fresh are best), and soups. It has a crunchy texture like Pak Choi.

🌱 Typical days on The Tullgren Funny Farm. Everyone loves EZMicrogreens and wheatgrass!

🌱 After harvesting our greens, we serve the clippings to our animals and use the soil in our compost. Our chickens have the brightest yokes, goats produce amazing milk, and our turtle just looks cute swimming in our pool (video to be posted this week).
