I have officially moved out of my previous office location and am currently preparing for the next chapter of Angie Riechers Hypnotherapy. While the details are still being finalized, I look forward to sharing my new location soon.

Heart Rate Variability (HRV)

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is one of the best indicators of how resilient your nervous system is. A higher HRV means your body can adapt better to stress and recover faster. Practices like Breath Work, Meditation, Qi Gong, and Yypnosis can naturally increase HRV.

Deep Breathing: Your Built-In Healing Switch

Most of us breathe without thinking—but when you slow it down with long, deep breaths, you’re sending a powerful signal to your body: “It’s safe to relax and heal.”

Here’s why it matters:
✨ Activates your parasympathetic nervous system — the “rest-and-digest” mode.
✨ Lowers stress hormones that can slow down healing.
✨ Improves oxygen delivery and cell repair.
✨ Calms the mind and supports emotional balance.

Tip: Try inhaling for 4 counts, exhaling for 6 counts, for 2–3 minutes. You may feel your heart rate slow and your body soften into calm.
