Therapist Bio: Danielle graduated from Arizona State University (ASU) in 2018 with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Bachelors of Music in Music Therapy. Danielle’s additional studies in Family and Human Development fueled her interest in early childhood services and the importance of parent-child relationships. During her time at ASU, Danielle researched at the Child Study Lab in the psychology department for 5 years, implementing various behavior programs for preschool-aged children. Following graduation, Danielle completed her music therapy internship in Pasadena, California at Professional Child Development Associates (PCDA). There she learned DIR-Floortime strategies to further cultivate her love for an individualized, relationship-based approach. Danielle worked as a music therapist in the Scottsdale area for 3 years at B&D Therapies/B&B Treehouse LLC. Additionally, Danielle brought her music therapy services over to Fun Time Therapies in Phoenix. Furthermore, she has experience offering her own private services including one-on-one music therapy, group therapy and adapted lessons. Currently, Danielle has relocated to Tucson Arizona and is working with the team at Milestone Pediatrics.

It's ! Today, we are highlighting one of our fabulous AZ Music Therapists, Danielle Wall, MT-BC!

Danielle, or “Ms. Dani,” is a board-certified music therapist based in Tucson, Arizona, currently practicing at Milestone Pediatrics. She works primarily with children with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Danielle earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Music Therapy from Arizona State University (ASU) in 2018. Her additional studies in Family and Human Development sparked a deep interest in early childhood services and the vital role of parent-child relationships. She completed her music therapy internship in Pasadena, California at Professional Child Development Associates (PCDA) where she learned about DIR/Floortime strategies—a model that further fueled her passion for an individualized, play-based approach. Danielle practices from a child-centered, neurodiversity-affirming framework. She is committed to meeting each child where they are, supporting their unique needs through their strengths, and fostering growth through joyful connection.

Outside of her work, Danielle loves spending time with her husband and their three dogs. She also enjoys crafting, aerial yoga, and exploring good food!
