Thinking about becoming a licensed massage therapist in Arizona?

Here’s what you need to know.

To work as a massage therapist in Arizona, you must complete 700 hours of training through an approved program.

At Valori Institute of Massage, our program is designed to provide students with a strong, professional foundation for a successful massage career. Those 700 hours are more than just a requirement — they’re the preparation you need to feel confident in your skills.

After completing your training, you must pass the MBLEx (Massage & Bodywork Licensing Exam). Passing this exam is required to obtain your Arizona massage license.

Once your education and exam are complete, you will apply for licensure through the Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy. The licensing requirements are outlined in detail on the Board’s website.
