He is only holding 30 lbs. lost, so we would need a truckload to show all 83 pounds!
He lost 16% body fat.
His Visceral fat level went down from 20 to 11!
His InBody "Health Score" went from 61 to 84!
So Proud of Martin!

Every once in a while you meet someone who is unusually great; remarkable; extraordinary.
This is Neema.
She’s an old soul; has depth, is incredibly present, extremely brilliant and just about as real as it gets.
Today is her last day with us while she embarks on her next journey; becoming a nurse. And we know that she will be the best nurse anyone has seen. She has compassion, empathy and an exceptional attention to detail.
Neema, we love you like family and our hearts are broken and full. You will be so missed, yet we are excited about your next chapter. Godspeed! ❤️🤟🙏
