Educating our community caregivers helps save lives! TMC's annual Sepsis Symposium welcomed 77 attendees who learned valuable information about identifying sepsis, pre-hospital sepsis care and management of this life-threatening condition.

The symposium featured sepsis survivor, Becky Hiser, who shared her story. Hearing about a sepsis case through the eyes of a survivor offers attendees meaningful insight into the real-world impact of the condition.

Special thanks to Cortney Brown, Sepsis Coordinator, and Andy Shanks, Director of SAHA, EMS, and Rural Markets, for their efforts in organizing this event!

A community art project brings an additional layer of joy to Mobile Meals of Southern Arizona. Thanks to a collaboration between TMC for Seniors and Mobile Meals of Southern Arizona, a series of vibrant fence panels were created to brighten up the space! With the help of artist and volunteer, Carolyn King, participants enjoyed a fun and creative experience together.

We're excited to celebrate this incredible project along with the artists, volunteers and organizations who made it happen!

In true superhero fashion, we're turning back time to celebrate TMC Health's 2025 Service Pin! It was a blast to recognize the incredible milestones of our employees last Saturday night. From five to 50 years of service, your commitment to the TMC Health team is truly remarkable. A special shoutout to the spectacular Mary Fladoos for 50 years of service, all of which she devoted to TMC's NICU.

TMC Health has long believed in the power of healing through art. As part of the Arizona Healthcare Financial Management Association and Healthcare Leaders Association of Arizona's joint conference, TMC organized a volunteer event for attendees. This included a Healing Arts walking tour and a team-building mosaic art exercise, allowing participants to contribute a permanent piece of artwork at the hospital.

Artist, Carolyn King, guided participants through the process of creating a beautiful mosaic. King volunteers with TMC for Seniors, offering a variety of hands-on art activities for the community to enjoy.

A huge thanks to Arizona HFMA and Arizona HLA for partnering with TMC to host this event!
