Team bonding is at the heart of our culture, encouraging employees to uplift one another and create a lasting impact for patients across the region. Last week, TMC Health's Revenue Cycle team brought this spirit to life with their first annual picnic—a special event that honors the dedication and accomplishments of every team member over the past year.

Bringing together more than 200 onsite and remote staff, the afternoon was filled with opportunities for learning, growth and appreciation. Events like this highlight the meaningful impact each team member has within our community.
