Looking to move, stretch, and feel better in your body?
Look no further. Our partner, BeFriend Yoga, is a welcoming community that offers classes that are supportive, accessible, and open to all experience levels.
If you’ve been thinking about getting back into movement (or starting fresh), this is a great place to begin.
What if the way you imagine a pose changes how it feels?
What if sound gently supports your nervous system before you even notice?
Join Jacquelyn & Melissa for Chai & Chat, a casual, accessible conversation on how imagery and sound shape your yoga practice. No yoga experience needed. Bring your own mug; we'll provide the tea.
We’re looking forward to upcoming offerings, all held in-studio.
From educational experiences for students, to professional training for teachers, to a seasonal ritual welcoming spring, each gathering invites presence, learning, and connection.
BeFriend Yoga will be closed December 31, 2025 & January 1, 2026 to pause and refresh for the new year.
Our January schedule resumes on January 2, 2026, with all your regular classes designed to support real-life movement...accessible, sustainable, and suitable for every experience level. See you on your mat!
The season is full of celebrations, reflection, and togetherness...and we’d love to be part of it. We’ll be offering our full, regular class schedule December 26–30, 2025, and that schedule resumes January 2, 2026.
Visiting family or spending time close to home? Our classes are accessible, welcoming, and designed to support real-life movement, no matter your experience level.

The irony of this misconception is that--based on the earliest descriptions we hvae--it was started by men who taught it to other men in India. Somewhere along the way, as it gained popularity in the West, it took on feminine associations.
But yoga was never meant for just one group. Yoga is for everyone with a body.
Strength.
Balance.
Focus.
Resilience.
These belong to everyone.
Our yoga community welcomes all. Real yoga for real people. That includes YOU. 💛
From our partner, BeFriend Yoga:
Our mid-week strength and heart health boost returns NEXT WEEK! Yoga Sculpt starts Wednesday, October 15, led by the one and only Susan — bringing her signature warmth, strength, and supportive style to the mat.

Reduce pain, reduce anxiety and be more active with massage therapy.
I treat clients with varying levels of pain from surgery*, accidents**, falls, work outs and activities such as hiking, tennis, golf, running or cycling/biking. I have several clients that use relaxation massage to help reduce anxiety.***
The techniques I use are designed to minimize pain during the massage. I rarely use firm pressure to achieve results. I will gently move the ends of a muscle closer together and hold, which achieves amazing results with minimal discomfort and lasting effect. You need only relax on the table and allow the technique to work.
Areas of therapeutic practice include Hydrotherapy (warm towels to loosen tight muscles), SMRT (Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique)
