Physical Therapy and beyond We offer hands-on therapy for every client in private treatment rooms.

We offer traditional and evidence based therapy approaches, as well as cranio sacral therapy, myofascial release, strain and counterstrain, flexibility, mobility, and stability taining, soft tissue mobilization, and more. We also offer a large and well lit gym, with the latest equipment.

I was fortunate enough to train under John Barnes years ago. His techniques have certainly allowed Simons Physical Therapy to grow over the years. Many of our practitioners over have trained and clints benefited from his technique. Rest in peace.
