Growth doesnât always look like a big âahaâ moment â itâs often the little things:
⨠You actually tell people what you need (instead of hoping they read your mind).
⨠You notice your triggers before they turn into full-blown meltdowns.
⨠You pause, breathe, and practice mindfulnessâeven if itâs just for 30 seconds.
⨠You celebrate small wins (because progress is progress!).
