Over my 34 years of experience I have come to believe the keys to our wellness are within us. As an intuitive wellness guide, I assist you in uncovering the unique keys to your health and wellbeing. My intuitive gifts blended with a breadth of clinical knowledge enable me to see patterns in both your physical and energetic bodies and provide you practical next steps for your health and wellness. I

have a diversity of training and practice in Eastern Medicine, as a Yoga instructor, Bodyworker as well as Reiki Master and Death Doula. The synthesis of these disciplines provide me with a unique understanding of my clients health challenges and paths to wellbeing. This is deepened by my intuitive gifts which offer further clarity from the subtle realms and energies, beyond words. I honed my intuitive gifts, evident since early childhood, during my years of study and mentorship with Master Teachers from a number of spiritual traditions from around the globe. Mandatory relaxation for a solid half an hour was a weird blessing, and I'd never felt so connected to my flow of energy. Though the experience was relaxing, I did not arrive at the door of an acupuncturist because I thought it would be."
