This Sunday, May 31, is the Gemini Full Moon, or the Festival of the Christ, with a keynote of Humanity that aspires for God. It is also known by many individuals and groups as World Invocation Day. The exact time of the full moon is 4:46 am ET. The Sun is in Gemini and the Moon is in Sagittarius it’s polar opposite sign. This is the last of the Three Spiritual Festivals. Just to recap for you, the Aries full moon initiated the Spiritual New Year and a time which humanity observes the resurrection of Life. The Ta**us Full Moon, also known as Wesak, celebrated the Buddha, the Lord of Wisdom. At the Gemini full moon humanity has the opportunity to activate its potential for Goodwill.
Gemini is the mutable air sign, which amasses knowledge to understand how life interrelates. In the unfolding story of light, it is “The Light of Interplay”. This is the conscious light of the relationship between Spirit and form. Gemini is the premier sign of duality and is probably the truest astrological symbol of humanity. Our work is to fuse and blend our minds and hearts and bring them into alignment with the Divine Will. Eventually, this will allow us to establish Right Human Relationships and take responsibility as the custodians of Goodwill for the world. The Soul keynote is “I recognize my other self, and in the waning of that self, I grow and glow”.
Sagittarius is the mutable fire sign and is the Visionary that always has its eye on a goal and has the ability to focus its intention on achieving it. It is “A beam of directed, focused Light”. In the polarity with Gemini, Sagittarius is also a very human sign, symbolizing the struggle to free ourselves from the illusions of the personality into Spiritual reality. It is higher mind and holds the Spiritual Laws and Truths. In Sagittarius, the Gemini concrete mind is eventually lifted into the higher realms of Wisdom.
I have mentioned The Great Invocation in my presentations. It is a world prayer that everyone can use, whatever the religious or spiritual philosophy. It is said that this prayer is being invoked somewhere in the world 24/7 by either an individual or a group. Through the constant and continuing use of the Great Invocation, humanity can fulfill its purpose to anchor light, love, and Divine Purpose on this Planet.
