What if Tucson’s aesthetic community had a unified voice for safety, ethics, innovation, and elevated standards?

We’re proud to announce the launch of the Tucson Aesthetics Advisory Board (TAAB)

As Founding Board Members, we are creating a professional coalition dedicated to promoting safe practice, ethical care, continued education, collaborative events, and responsible advancement in aesthetic medicine across our city.

When I say I ALWAYS add lower face tox to chin filler this is why!

It relaxes all the right places to finesse the face and give it gorgeous definition.

We did Jeaveau in her lower face and added filler two weeks later. This is immediately after the filler was added.

Under eye filler is one of my most requested services.
A few things to consider if you’re bothered by your under eyes:

🌸Not everyone is a good candidate
🌸Most people need support below the undereye
🌸The balance of the whole face is important
🌸If you have prominent bags under your eyes, filler in that area may make it worse
🌸There are treatments other than filler that we can do if you are not a good candidate for filler

“I’m here to get my lips done” is a common refrain in my office.

One I LOVE to hear because lips are one of my specialties. 💋

Sometimes it’s not the lips that need to be addressed, but the surrounding structures.

In this case I added some RHA Redensity around the lips and a smidge in strategic parts of the lips.

Note how I was able to eliminate the white “filler shadow” above her lip. This is common in slender faces and can be addressed with the correct technique.

Let’s talk about facial harmony:

The overall balance of features to create a cohesive visual aesthetic.

In other words, it makes all the features make sense.

I gave this beauty some projection in her chin and the back of the jaw.

Sometimes you just need a little little lip filler.

She wanted a little more height at the lateral portions of the upper lip and a little plump all over.

I used RHA3 to achieve this look. I always choose a dynamic filler for lips so they animate naturally.

One of the benefits of training-getting to enjoy the treatments!

Here we did 0.7ml of Juvederm Ultra XC on the lovely

She wants to know what her patients will experience when she injects them. ✨

Swelling is still present as this was immediately after injection.

It’s important to explain the expected healing after injections. I always tell my patients that lips can bruise and swell. The top of the upper lip tends to be the last place swelling goes down-this is helpful for patients to know so they won’t worry about having duck lips 💋

One of the most satisfying things about training other professionals, aside from the beautiful results, is the excitement when they create those results.
Not everyone likes to teach but for those of us who do this is EVERYTHING! I get so much satisfaction out of seeing their confidence rise as they refine their skills.
