🔧✨ Triumph Tuesday Spotlight ✨🔧

Huge shoutout to Jess for an incredible accomplishment in Home Maintenance class! 🎉

Jess just completed crafting their very own custom cutting board—from start to finish! 🪵🔨 This project showcases not only creativity, but also patience, precision, and hands-on skill. Every detail reflects the hard work and dedication Jess put into making something both beautiful, unique, and functional.

Way to go, Jess! We’re proud of your craftsmanship and can’t wait to see what you build next! 💪👏

Triumph Tuesday 🌟

Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone for Sam, one of our hardworking students at Saavi Services for the Blind! 🙌

In his Home Management class, Sam took on the challenge of preparing an intermediate-level meal for eight people—and absolutely rose to the occasion. From planning and organizing to cooking and serving, he demonstrated independence, confidence, and serious kitchen skills every step of the way.

This accomplishment is about so much more than just a meal. It’s about building life skills, gaining confidence, and proving that with determination and the right support, anything is possible.

We’re so proud of you, Sam! 👏🍽️

It is Arizona Gives Day! For those who do not know, Arizona Gives Day is an annual giving movement that makes a real and lasting impact on nonprofits like ours. Giving to Saavi Services for the Blind means contributing to the training and independence of blind and low vision people in Arizona. And as a bonus, Saavi is a Qualified Charitable Organization (QCO 20270), so your gift may qualify for a dollar-for-dollar Arizona tax credit - so you can get your donation back on your state taxes.
