We have studies open right now for COVID-19 prevention, Asthma, Arthritis, Pediatric Constipation, Fussy Babies and Adolescent Meningitis Vaccines. If you have any of these conditions give us a call to see if you qualify, or just to ask questions about clinical research in general. Our highly trained and professional staff members are eager to help you. Qualified study participants receive all study related medical care, and medications at absolutely no charge (we don't even have a cash register), and there is often a monetary stipend paid to the participant, to compensate for time and travel expenses.

Clinical Trial Myth #2:
“Clinical trials are dangerous.”

It’s understandable to wonder about safety.

The reality is that clinical research is highly regulated and carefully monitored. Before a study ever begins, it must go through multiple layers of review — including approval from an independent Institutional Review Board (IRB).

Throughout a study, participants are:

• Closely monitored by medical professionals
• Informed about potential risks before joining
• Free to withdraw at any time
• Protected by strict safety protocols

No medical treatment is approved for public use without going through this process first.

Clinical research isn’t about taking unnecessary risks — it’s about advancing medicine responsibly and safely.

If you’ve ever had concerns about participating in a study, we’re always happy to answer your questions.

Are clinical trial participants just “guinea pigs”?

It’s a common question — and an understandable one.

The truth is, modern clinical research is one of the most regulated areas of medicine. Every study must be reviewed and approved by an independent Institutional Review Board (IRB) whose job is to protect participants’ safety and rights.

Participants:
• Receive detailed information before joining
• Can leave a study at any time
• Are closely monitored throughout the trial
• Are never required to participate

Medical advancements happen because volunteers choose to be part of research — and their safety always comes first.

If you’ve ever had questions about how clinical trials work, we’re happy to answer them.

❤️ February is American Heart Month ❤️

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States — but small steps can make a big difference.

This month is a reminder to:
✔️ Know your numbers (blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar)
✔️ Stay active
✔️ Eat heart-healthy foods
✔️ Talk to your healthcare provider about your risk

At Eclipse Clinical Research, we’re proud to support studies that help advance heart health and improve future treatment options for our community.

Your heart works hard for you every day — make sure you’re taking care of it. ❤️
