The "practice" of dentistry involves a commitment to lifelong learning. Dr. Anderson is helping the future Dr. Sooter with some advanced radiology techniques before she heads off to Louisville, Kentucky to start her four year journey to become a dentist. You may have seen Emarie in our office as she juggles life as a full time UArizona college student and being a dental assistant - we will miss her!

Monitoring dental development is crucial! Even after primary teeth have fallen out, we continue to monitor early adulthood milestones, including wisdom teeth. While some may have sufficient space, others may not which may create complications for long term health. Oral surgeons prefer early removal (no later than mid-twenties) to help prevent problems, should removal be recommended.
