I heart-ily recommend this circle. Mary is a brilliant guide and magical creator of powerful women's gatherings. The I am sharing her post as it offers a wonderful peek into an upcoming opportunity to join in sisterhood awakening your natural feminine power, unleash your creativity and invite you into surprises that long to appear in your inspired life.
My 7-Week Wild Soul Woman Book Circle Begins Tuesday, February 3.
The only way I can make sense of anything today, is in the knowledge that these are mythic times.
We are being impacted by forces far larger than our individual lives. The old stories can’t carry the weight anymore. The language of productivity, self-improvement, or even personal healing begins to falter when faced with the enormity of what’s happening to our world.
There are times — and this is one of them — that can only be made sense of by engaging the bigger energies: the archetypal currents coded into the DNA of the human psyche itself.
Archetypes are not ideas we choose. They are forces that choose us — patterns of consciousness that awaken when a culture is at a threshold. They surface when something new is trying to be born and the old ways no longer suffice.
This is the journey of the evolving self: the slow, courageous awakening of consciousness that allows us to meet the particularities — and the challenges — that our culture now demands of us. We are being tasked with remembering ancient truths we have forgotten.
This is why the Earth Archetypes are so vital.
They don’t lift us out of the world; they root us more deeply into it. They remind us that the stories of our inner landscapes and the living Earth are intertwined. They awaken capacities we desperately need right now — the ability to shed what is no longer true, to sit in the dark and listen, to feel and flow, to stand visibly and courageously, to belong in community again.
They awaken us to meet this time, this place, this part of the story — a moment when Earth herself is crying out, not just for protection, but for relationship.
Beginning February 3, I’m opening the 7-Week Wild Soul Woman Book Circle & Sisterhood, a space to walk consciously into this mythic terrain together.
We will engage the Earth Archetypes — Desert Woman, Forest Woman, Ocean & River Woman, Mountain Woman, and Grassland Woman through reflection, conversation, writing, and shared presence.
These ancient energies are already moving in our lives, asking to be honored, expressed, and embodied.
We’ll gather weekly (with recordings available), but just as importantly, we’ll gather in sisterhood. Because these kinds of times are not meant to be navigated alone. They require witnesses. Companions. A shared language for what we’re living through.
If you’ve been feeling that something larger is stirring — in you and around you — this circle is an invitation to listen more closely, to step more fully into the story that is asking for your participation.
The journey begins February 3. Join the gathering wait list (link in comments).

I had no idea what to expect when I signed up for the Wild Soul Woman group, only that I had underlined and circled and written all over my copy of the book. Mary's compelling meditations and writing prompts brought out things in me I found totally surprising and the amazing, supportive women in the group helped my introverted self to speak aloud what I had written. Thank you, Mary, for facilitating such abundant joy and growth. -- Theresa Hurley
