Oftentimes we can be influenced by external forces and it's wonderful to remember that our inner guidance system always has our individual highest good in mind.

Have you ever noticed, that when you're not feeling great, you want to jump straight to feeling better? I'd like to highlight the importance of taking steps to get to positive. One of these stepping stones, is getting to a neutral feeling place. So, next time you take a little time to ground your energy, strengthen your aura, or diffuse a highly charged emotion in your body, remember that neutral is one step closer depositive.
