A friendly reminder that as the moon moves through its faces each month it can affect us in the following ways
Level of physical pain, emotional stability, and sleep patterns
This is particularly true during full moons which we just had one yesterday in conjunction with an eclipse. So if you are feeling a little out of sorts or unstable be sure to lean into your grounding practice and breathe through this charged time.

I would like to share a few lesser known benefits of a daily meditation practice. I have heard from many of my clients that it is very difficult for them to meditate. These benefits may be encouraging for you to start your daily meditation practice today.
Starting your day connecting to peace allows you to reconnect to it more easily throughout the day.
Because meditation connects you to the source of oneness and love, it allows you to release judgment and truly be more neutral.
Quieting your mind is a benefit you may have heard of, and the purpose of this is to be able to hear your own inner guidance system.

A friendly reminder to meet each other where we are. This includes ourselves. If you have an adventurous personality and plan a trip with someone who is more interested in being then doing honor that. If you have a lot on your plate today and wake up with very little energy honor that.
We are all on our individual journeys and also having a collective human experience, let's honor that!

A friendly reminder to prioritize your daily grounding routine. I'm sure you've heard of grounding and it's benefits, however until you establish your own grounding routine, it is difficult to realize the amazing balancing effects it can have on your body, mind, emotional state, and spirit.
So next time you're feeling off balance, kick your shoes off and place your feet on the surface of the Earth. This will remind you how nourishing the earth can be for our human experience.

If the summer heat and all of the fun activities have you feeling fatigue or exhaustion try this Eden Method exercise that supports your adrenals.
Place the palm side of the hands on the lower back area and hold for a few minutes, alternatively you can also rub this area to give a little love to your adrenals.

Our adrenal glands play an important role in hormone regulation and energy levels so keeping them happy and harmonized can have a positive effect on your overall health. Try this next time you could use a little boost!

A friendly reminder to meet yourself where you are today. Oftentimes hour to do list is longer than the amount of energy we have to complete this list. It may be helpful to ask yourself do I have to do this today or do I have to do all of this today? It's okay to do a piece of a project if you don't have the energy to complete it from start to finish. Everything will be okay whether you complete everything on your list or not. Breathe a collective sigh of relief with me now!
