Last week, we celebrated the birthday of our fearless leader, Clayton Carr, CEO. Our Leadership Team marked the occasion by creating capes adorned with “Claytonisms” — a tribute to the insights and phrases that inspire us every day.

The capes symbolized the strength of our super team, empowered by a leader who cultivates creativity, champions our culture, and proves that having fun and working efficiently can go hand in hand.

It’s not about instant transformation. It’s about steady effort, honest moments, and choosing to keep going. This month, notice the small steps you’re taking and give yourself credit for them. 🌼
