A Dance for Life Movement and Healing Arts A Dance for Life offers dance, mindful movement, and EFT for adults and youth to enhance living! Mireille is a mother of 4 and a long time dancer.

She began her journey of dance at the age of 4 with ballet and tap. She has studied throughout her entire life ballet, jazz, tap, modern, hip-hop, yoga, middle eastern belly dance and Flamenco. She created a Prenatal Belly Dance workout dvd because she found dancing to be a great companion for the expecting months. It has minimized discomfort in the body as well as aided in keeping the body strong and flexible. If you know someone who is pregnant or work in the field of Childbirth Education, are a midwife or doula, this is a great resource to offer. This DVD is available for purchase here. We are offering the strawbale studio as a space for workshops and dance classes.

Hey Tucson! My dear friend Sarah Evans and I are putting together a sweet mini series titled Music and Movement.

It will be a 5 class session from 9/10/25-10/8/25 for a mixed age group of 4-9 years old. We meet Wednesdays 3-4pm.

It will be a holistic approach to music and dance, focusing on connecting the mind, heart, and body through music, sound, rhythm, stories and movement.

$50 for the session per child!

Class will be held at A Dance For Life Movement Studio in NW Tucson near Tangerine and La Cholla. It is an off-grid solar-powered strawbale studio. Exact location will be given upon registration.

Being a woman is both beautiful and complex ❤️

It’s carrying the mental checklist while comforting someone else. It’s being strong when you’re exhausted, and soft when the world feels harsh. It’s celebrating the little wins in silence, and sometimes crying behind closed doors because you just need a minute. It’s showing upa, every day, for your loved ones, your work, your dreams, even when it feels heavy 🥹

You are seen. You are enough. You’re doing better than you think ✨

Take a breath. Take a break. And take up space 🤍
