Calling all the Mamas!

Who wants to join me on March 15th 4-6pm to dance together?

In my lovely and cozy off-grid strawbale dance studio, I will be creating a space for us to release stored emotions through EFT tapping, open the body through gentle stretches and somatic movement exercises, learn a simple choreography inspired by tribal belly dance fusion, and finish with a luxurious and nurturing cool down to restore and integrate.

Join me for restorative movement Tuesdays at 3pm here in my beautiful office-grid strawbale dance studio, located in NW Tucson.

In this class, I combine a series of stretches, movement flows, and exercises to help increase flexibility, mobility, and strength.

I draw from various modalities such as yoga, kouksundo, and dance. This is for all levels as I go at a gentle pace and make adjustments according to your current ability.

Happy New Year! Wow! 2026! There have been so many changes and many beautiful life moments!

I am grateful for so much in my life. My family, my beautiful daughters, the meaningful projects and work I get to be involved in. The land on which I reside. My garden and my animals.

I appreciate everyone’s support and interest in the gifts I have to offer and the collaborations with wonderful people.

Hey Tucson! My dear friend Sarah Evans and I are putting together a sweet mini series titled Music and Movement.

It will be a 5 class session from 9/10/25-10/8/25 for a mixed age group of 4-9 years old. We meet Wednesdays 3-4pm.

It will be a holistic approach to music and dance, focusing on connecting the mind, heart, and body through music, sound, rhythm, stories and movement.

$50 for the session per child!
