Approximately 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year, according to the American Cancer Society. Breast Cancer Awareness Month provides communities with important resources, including support, education and increased awareness about the disease. Outreach initiatives provide the TMC Health leadership team opportunities to build valuable relationships with the community.

Recently, Dr. Joshua Lee, CIO and Senior VP, and Julia Strange, VP External Affairs and Brand, of TMC Health along with Shaun Phillips, CEO of TMC Rincon, visited the Senior Academy Village in Vail. They discussed the important role TMC Health, TMC Health Cancer Center and TMC Rincon play in Southeast Tucson.

Additionally, the team shared insights about the incorporation of AI into healthcare - the opportunities AI presents and the benefits it offers to our physicians and patients. Healthcare is always evolving, and TMC Health remains committed to advancing its care for the well-being of the community.
