Individualized Service Plan for each resident prepared by our nurse. Certified and knowledgeable caregivers on site 24 hours a day
Regular communication with primary care physician and other care professionals
Medications ordered and reordered as necessary
Coordination of annual TB testing
Coordination of flu and pneumonia vaccinations, if desired

Three delicious meals prepared daily
Meals served in our dining room, in the Arizona room. HOUSEKEEPING
Weekly bedroom and bathroom deep cleaning by our staff. Weekly laundering of flat linens and personal items (or more often as needed)
Daily tidying and bed-making by caregivers

HOME SAFETY AND FEATURES
Each resident is provided with a personal assistance call button pendant
Flooring surfaces are designed for walker and wheelchair compatibility
Safety grab bars are standard in all bathroom areas. State-of-the-art smoke detectors and fire sprinklers
