⚡ Snapping Hip Syndrome ⚡

Snapping Hip Syndrome occurs when a tendon or muscle moves over a bony structure in the hip, creating a snapping or popping sound. While often painless, it can sometimes lead to discomfort, weakness, or limited mobility.
