Early workouts aren't for everyone. But for some of us? They're non-negotiable.

I train at 5:30 AM.
Not because it's trendy.
Because it’s when I feel most locked in—mentally and physically.

But here’s the truth:
Early workouts only work if you’re respecting two non-negotiables:
✅ Prioritizing sleep the night before
✅ Fueling recovery after, not just grinding through

If you’re dragging through your mornings, injured, craving sugar all day—it’s not the early hour’s fault.
It’s the broken recovery behind it.

Early mornings aren't the enemy.
Unrecovered bodies are.

Your best workout window is the one your body can consistently recover from—whether that's 5 AM or 5 PM.

Your weight plateau isn’t about calories. It’s about your sleep debt.”

We’ve been sold a lie that weight is just about eating less and moving more.
But if you’re sleep-deprived, your body is in survival mode.
That means:
🔺 Insulin resistance
🔺 Elevated cortisol
🔺 More fat storage, especially around the belly
Fix your sleep first.
