Lemon Balm is finally popping up.
It’s a beautiful essential oil for calming and relaxing, as an herb it makes a beautiful tea.

ROSES! They are blooming in our garden like crazy….loving this weather of warm days and cold nights…perfect growing weather…they are sooooo aromatic !!! I’m picking bouquets of them…..7 bloomed in ONE DAY!
Roses grow so well out here in our desert climate as long as you make sure they are on drip irrigation, feed them good food, and watch them take off. They bloom spring and fall mostly……we have dry weather so no issues with bugs or mold. I was so surprised to know how well they grew here, so I didn’t get the hang of it until I dedicated myself to the water and food sources they need. I also planted some David Austin’s. And I trimmed them up after the hot summer and they just are loving this weather. Rain in the forecast are going to make them pop again….hope for the rain! So badly needed out here….Janice

Everyone seems to be cooking this summer with the heat. I make these in small batches and use daily.
