Last Saturday, May 21st, the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences hosted its annual awards ceremony in which some distinguished Norton friends were honored and received awards for their achievements.

Susan Wells and Karen Conde both received the CALS Alumni Achievement Award for their amazing work in the community and in their careers, and Patricia Wild received for Eugene G. Sander Lifetime Achievement Award.

Bob Swift was also recognized as a 'Friend of Cals' for his great contributions to the Norton School as he helped launch the Personal Family and Financial Planning major. Thank you Bob!

We recently held a reception honoring Nancy Graham’s many years of service to the Norton School Council of Alumni and Friends. Nancy’s tireless efforts to support the faculty, staff and students of the Norton School has had a lasting impact on the mission and goals of the Norton School and its students.
Most significantly, Nancy has been a major proponent of the Norton School Council of Alumni and Friends Scholarship Program. As a further example of her leadership, Nancy has agreed to head the Council’s 2018-2019 Scholarship Drive, with the goal of raising scholarship funds for worthy Norton School students.The reception also served as the Scholarship Drive kick-off event and was held immediately before the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Spring Awards Ceremony.
