Join us for Wildcats ROAR Against Sexual Violence
A powerful evening of community, movement, and support.

From the 5K to the resource fair to the candlelight vigil, every step helps uplift survivors and raise awareness.

EVERYONE DESERVES LOVE. In collaboration with , join us this Thursday in writing
love letters to our loved ones reminding them how loved and worthy they are. There will be
some other crafts such as friendship bracelets, charm-making, painting, etc. Snacks will be
provided.

Join us for a gentle, survivor-centered workshop exploring sexual health and pleasure after trauma. Together, we’ll talk about navigating pleasure, unpacking deeply rooted beliefs, and challenging stigma in a confidential, supportive space.

Spring ‘26 Survivor Support Groups schedule just dropped!!ᯓ★

Wherever you are in your healing journey, you’re welcome here. Support Groups are a space for care, connection, and showing up just as you are!

✨Mondays 5PM - Drop-In (Starts 1/12/2026)
✨Tuesdays 3:30PM - Therapy Group (Starts 1/27/2026)
✨Thursdays 4PM - Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (Starts 1/22/2026)
