Juicy Yoga: A Three-Week Immersive Workshop with Nica
Juicy Yoga is a three-week transformational yoga workshop designed to awaken your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're new to the mat or a seasoned yogi, this experience will nourish your practice with intention, challenge, and play.
Each week, we’ll explore a unique theme to deepen your connection to your body and cultivate holistic well-being:
🧘♀️ Week 1: Strength – Root to Rise
We begin by building a solid foundation. This week is all about cultivating inner and outer strength—physical, mental, and emotional. Through dynamic flows and grounding poses, you'll tap into your personal power, engage your core, and activate the muscles that support your posture and presence. Expect to leave feeling strong, supported, and empowered.
🧘 Week 2: Balance – Center and Steady
With strength established, we turn our focus to balance—on the mat and in life. You'll practice finding steadiness in transitions, exploring standing balances, core stability, and breath awareness. This week will challenge your focus, improve your alignment, and guide you toward a centered, calm mind.
🧘♂️ Week 3: Flexibility – Flow and Release
In our final week, we lean into openness and surrender. With the strength and balance you've cultivated, you’ll dive into deeper stretching, longer holds, and fluid movements. This is where we invite softness and grace into the body, creating space for growth, release, and restoration.
