Watching my son Ethan hit a new PR of 115 lb on the deadlift reminds me why I believe so deeply in consistency.

Strength isn’t built overnight.

Training for our upcoming Spartan Race with my wife, Dr. B, and our son Ethan reminds me why discipline and consistency matter so much.

And it couldn’t have gone better.

Watching these providers begin their StemWave journey learning how to truly help their patients heal is exactly why I love what I do. The passion, the questions, the excitement… it’s just the beginning.

This is only the first training of the year, and I already can’t wait to see the impact these clinics will make in their communities. So much healing ahead.
