Over six weeks, you’ll receive weekly emails with a video tutorial for a specialized breathing technique designed to stimulate your cranial nerves and help balance your nervous system. This practice can enhance your well-being, so you can show up as your best self throughout the holidays.

The series is designed to help you build a short, sustainable daily breathing practice. You’ll also have the opportunity to join weekly Sunday morning check-in Zoom sessions (recorded for convenience) to ask questions, share your experience, and receive personalized guidance.
