This is my plug for all the movement educators out there:
The way your body moves tells your history. AND also, if you change the way you move, you change your experience of Now.
Start wherever makes sense for you. A physical therapist, Pilates, strength trainer, Alexander Method. Make sure you get someone who watches you move and helps you find new patterns. Notice how the “corrections” feel so you can mimic that feeling in your daily motions: how you pour your water, how you bend to get that pan out of the cupboard, how you rest your gaze on the computer or phone.
And enjoy Now without any judgments about how it is.
