Astrologers tell me I’m here to live a spiritual life—to go deep, burn off karma (inherited patterns of behavior), heal the trauma I carry within me, and evolve into a more authentic, healthy expression of my soul. Always learning, growing, identifying things that no longer work, letting them go, stepping into a better, fuller version of myself. And then doing it again in a different area of my life—career, relationships, health or spirituality. I carry the frequency of transformation in my being—whomever I’m with, wherever I am, change is sure to follow. I also have a remarkable capacity for presence—holding unconditional, empathic space. I was in a rollover car accident in 2004 that cracked open my being allowing psychic, intuitive and energy healing gifts to flow through me. Given all this, I’m often a catalyst for change—helping people and organizations clear out patterns of behavior and stagnant physical stuff that no longer serves and adopt new ways of being, thinking and creating. Transformation with a capital T, as I like to say. Whether you’re looking to develop or affirm your intuition or make changes in your career, relationships, health or spirituality (or all of the above), I’m here to serve as a coach and guide. Last month, I listened to an episode of The Emerald Podcast that resonated deeply with me. It explored the way that in western, predominantly white societies, the intuitive is simultaneously pathologized and commodified.

As the host of the show said: “what happens when the seer is ripped from the ecology in which they traditionally lived?”

When psychic capacities started to appear in eras past, we apprenticed with the shaman, curandera/o, witch, psychic, etc. in our community – someone who could help us understand the sacredness of our gifts, and that this is a higher calling. Now, we have to do a lot more work to even realize what’s happening, much less to find a mentor or teacher that we can trust.

🍃 Just as the Earth's seasons change, so do the seasons of our personal lives, communities, and societies at large. 🍂

I've been thinking about this a lot lately, and this much I know historically and energetically: to be reborn, we must let what no longer serves us pass.

So how do we navigate this transformation? How do we do the work of uprooting what's rotten, and transmuting that energy into a new, value-aligned state of being?

I'm so excited to introduce Gentle Transitions for Pets & Their People – an end-of-life pet support event series in collaboration with some incredible pet experts in the Tucson area. ✨🐾

This is a series of panels and community gatherings that provide comfort, understanding, and connection with others who truly get it. Whether your loss is upcoming, recent or in the distant past, there’s no "right" way to grieve, and no timeline you have to follow.

✨How do you know when you're ready to take flight?✨

The final phase of any transformation might seem unfathomable to us before we reach it. A dragonfly's new body is entirely different from how it existed as a nymph – but it can now stretch out its wings for the first time, and journey off beyond its pool of water.

When you, as a person, have reached this stage, you have integrated all that you’ve learned in the previous stages of this metamorphosis. You feel a greater sense of self-acceptance, unity, belonging, and alignment. When you have reached this place, you know.

Even if it's not perfect, you are flying all the same. And even if it feels totally revolutionary, it was within you all along.
