Some places don’t just shape your career, they shape you. 💚

I first joined Delio Orthodontics in 2015, fresh-faced and learning what it meant to truly care for people. I walked away years later moving to Tennessee carrying lessons about integrity, work ethic, teamwork, and service that has stayed with me long after I left.

Coming back in 2025 felt full circle, not just returning to a job, but rejoining a family and a mission that never stopped making an impact. The values here haven’t changed: excellence, compassion, and showing up for people in meaningful ways.

Wednesday was my last full time day, and while goodbyes are never easy, I leave knowing this practice and every patient who walks through the door is in the very best hands. 🫶🏼

I’m grateful to have seen the growth, the leadership that leads with heart, and a team that makes the work meaningful every single day. Some chapters are worth reopening and some are worth closing with deep gratitude. 🙏
