My parents sent me this video last week. It is their neighborhood group practicing Tai Chi in Wuhan, China. Among them is 96 year old Qunyun Li.
Tai Chi is great for balance, strength and coordination. It is a walking meditation for inner peace. Research has shown that regular practice of Tai Chi increases brain volume and augments memory and cognitive function.
When you watch this 96 year old perform her Tai Chi moves, you will believe it. Let's all be healthy and young!
